City Center Me'aisem

City Centre Me'aisem is a community-oriented shopping mall located in the Me’aisem area within Dubai Production City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It officially opened on September 1, 2015, and is the fourth mall owned by Majid Al Futtaim Properties operating within Dubai and the sixth in the UAE.

The mall serves as a principal retail hub for residents in the suburban districts of New Dubai, including Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Motor City, among others. Covering a built-up area of approximately 325,000 square feet with a gross leasable area of 23,850 square meters, City Centre Me’aisem offers a one-floor modern shopping environment featuring over 53 retail outlets.

The mall includes a Carrefour hypermarket, Magic Planet family entertainment center, diverse fashion and lifestyle brands such as Centrepoint, H&M, Max, and Sun & Sand Sports, as well as several casual dining options and cafés with outdoor landscaped seating areas.

In addition, it hosts various service providers including banking, beauty salons, fitness, and mobile operators to meet everyday needs. City Centre Me’aisem was developed with sustainability in mind, incorporating energy-efficient lighting, water-saving taps, solar panel lighting in parking areas, and the use of recycled construction materials.

Strategically located near major highways like Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, the mall aims to serve approximately 105,000 residents from surrounding communities. It is designed to provide a convenient, accessible, and personal retail and entertainment experience tailored to the rapidly growing population in the southern parts of Dubai.
