Dubai Hills Mall is a major retail, leisure, and entertainment complex situated in the Dubai Hills Estate development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The mall officially opened to the public on February 17, 2022, and is owned and operated by Emaar Malls, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties.

It was designed as the primary regional shopping mall for the Dubai Hills Estate community and is one of the newest and largest retail hubs in Dubai. The mall is strategically located at the intersection of Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street, offering convenient access from key residential areas including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, and more.

Dubai Hills Mall encompasses over 2 million square feet of gross leasable area across two levels, housing approximately 650 retail and dining outlets. The mall features a mix of international brands, fast fashion, trendy cafes, and numerous dining options. Key attractions include a large hypermarket, multiple department stores, and entertainment facilities such as a 17-screen cinema complex and an outdoor concert arena.

The design centers around a spacious central courtyard, from which several interconnected streetscapes branch out, creating an easy-to-navigate and engaging shopping environment. The mall integrates three ‘pocket parks’ intended for dining, leisure, and community events, providing an open and welcoming atmosphere.

Dubai Hills Mall also includes ample parking space for over 7,000 vehicles and aims to serve the vibrant and growing population of the Dubai Hills Estate and surrounding neighborhoods.
