Dubai International Academy

Dubai International Academy (DIA) is a prestigious international private school located in the Emirates Hills area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Established in September 2005, the school opened its doors with an inaugural cohort of 500 students representing 55 nationalities, supported by a diverse faculty of educators from 18 countries.

DIA is operated by the Innoventures Education group and offers the full International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum, educating students from Kindergarten 1 through Year 13. It was the first school in the UAE to provide all four IB programs: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and the Career-related Programme (CP).

Since its founding, the school has experienced significant growth, expanding to nearly 2,800 students from over 85 nationalities by 2025, with a faculty exceeding 200 teachers and 70 teaching assistants. DIA has earned a reputation for academic excellence, innovation, and holistic education, focusing on preparing students for future careers that demand adaptability, creativity, and critical thinking skills.

The school celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025, maintaining the status of the only IB continuum school in Dubai to be rated "Outstanding" by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). Students at DIA consistently gain admission to top global universities, including prestigious Ivy League and Oxbridge institutions, supported by significant scholarship awards.

The campus spans over 218,700 square feet and offers state-of-the-art facilities including specialized STEM and arts spaces, athletic fields, and creative learning environments.
