Dubai Outlet Mall is a pioneering shopping mall located in the Umm Nahad First area of Dubailand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It opened its doors in 2007 and has since established itself as the first outlet concept mall in the Middle East.

Strategically situated on Dubai-Al Ain Road (Route 66) near the Dubai Bypass Road interchange, it enjoys convenient accessibility from different parts of the city. Dubai Outlet Mall covers a total built-up area of over 102,000 square meters, with a gross leasable area of approximately 70,000 square meters.

It houses around 240 retail outlets featuring over 1,200 global premium and luxury brands, providing visitors with a vast selection of high-quality fashion, accessories, footwear, electronics, home goods, and more.

The mall is renowned for offering substantial discounts, with deals typically ranging from 30% to 90% off, attracting value-oriented shoppers from across the region. Over the years, Dubai Outlet Mall has expanded to include a variety of international and local brands such as Burberry, Adidas, Coach, Fred Perry, Mango, Aldo, and many others, appealing to a wide range of consumer tastes.

In addition to retail, the mall offers an extensive range of food and beverage choices, family entertainment venues including a large soft play area, and previously featured Chuck E. Cheese’s as a family entertainment center until its closure in mid-2024.
