Nakheel Mall

Nakheel Mall, formerly known as Palm Jumeirah Mall, is a premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination located at the heart of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Construction of the mall began in 2014, and it was officially inaugurated on November 28, 2019, at a cost of approximately AED 1.2 billion. Designed by Singaporean architectural firm RSP Architects Planners & Engineers, Nakheel Mall features a distinctive modern design integrated with the luxury and lifestyle ethos of Palm Jumeirah.

The mall spans five retail levels, housing over 300 shops, restaurants, and entertainment outlets. Key tenants and facilities include the MODO department store, Depachika Food Hall which offers a luxury food experience, a 14-screen VOX Cinemas complex, Waitrose supermarket, H&M, Trampo Extreme trampoline park, and Fabyland indoor playground, catering to a diverse range of visitors.

Nakheel Mall serves the local community of Palm Jumeirah's 78,000 residents and attracts millions of tourists each year, offering convenience and variety in an exclusive island setting.

Nakheel Mall also provides direct access to The View at The Palm, an observation deck perched 230 meters above the island atop The Palm Tower, which opened in 2020 and offers stunning panoramic views of the Palm Jumeirah archipelago.

The mall is accessible by multiple modes of transportation, including its own station on the Palm Jumeirah Monorail, extensive road connections, and pedestrian pathways through Al Ittihad Park and nearby residential areas. Nakheel Mall has continued to expand its offerings, with new additions such as the Game Over Escape Rooms and Board Game Café launched in 2022, enhancing its entertainment appeal.
