Town Centre Jumeirah

Shopping Mall

Town Centre Jumeirah

Town Centre Jumeirah is a well-established shopping mall located on Jumeirah Beach Road in the heart of Jumeirah, Dubai. It was inaugurated by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and opened to the public in the spring of 1999, making it one of the earliest shopping centers in Dubai.

The mall spans approximately 193,680 square feet and was designed by Decorpoint International. Its architecture is centered around palm trees, fountains, and an inviting food court, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for visitors. Town Centre Jumeirah has become a popular leisure and dining destination, especially known for serving the local community with a variety of retail shops, dining outlets, and service providers.

The mall houses over 50 outlets, including fashion stores, specialty boutiques, homeware shops, and popular food and beverage venues. It offers a blend of international brands and local businesses, catering to a diverse clientele. Notable stores include fashion brands like Effa Fashion and Al Motahajiba, along with a range of dining options such as Sumo Sushi, Bateel Café, and various cafés.

The mall is particularly appreciated for its family-friendly environment and wide range of services, including health clinics, beauty salons, and grocery options like the Monop supermarket. Its strategic location near Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl Road, and close to the beach makes it easily accessible and a convenient shopping experience for both residents and tourists.

Over its two decades of existence, Town Centre Jumeirah has evolved into a vibrant community hub where families and friends enjoy shopping, dining, and leisure activities.

Travel teaches you to listen before you speak.
