Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) is a comprehensive hospitality group founded in 1976 originally as a hotel owner and asset manager. Over nearly five decades, it has evolved significantly to encompass a broad portfolio that includes hotel development, management, and operations alongside restaurants, destination management services, catering, and luxury transportation.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, ADNH is partly government-owned and partners with several leading international hotel brands such as Hilton, Sheraton, Sofitel, and Meridien to operate flagship properties primarily in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Fujairah, and Ajman.

Its portfolio includes high-profile hotels like The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, and Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach.

ADNH also manages a collection of hotels and hotel apartments under its operator division branded as Al Diar Hotels.
