Address Downtown is a luxury hotel and residential skyscraper located in the Downtown Dubai area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Constructed by Emaar Properties, the building stands 302.2 meters (991 feet) tall and has 63 floors.

Construction started in 2005 and was completed by 2008. Upon completion, it became one of the tallest buildings in Dubai and was ranked as the 22nd tallest in the city in 2015. The hotel features 196 rooms and 626 serviced apartments, offering a combination of five-star hospitality and luxury living in the heart of Dubai, adjacent to iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fountain.

Address Downtown is celebrated for its stunning views of nearby attractions, including uninterrupted sights of the Dubai Fountain shows and the towering Burj Khalifa. The hotel quickly became a favorite destination for business travelers, tourists, and residents due to its prime location close to Dubai’s financial and convention centers.

However, on New Year’s Eve 2015, the hotel was severely damaged by a large fire that engulfed the building’s exterior cladding. Despite the blaze, there were no fatalities, and extensive repairs and renovations were undertaken to restore the hotel to its full operational state.

The hotel reopened to the public in 2018, boasting a refreshed interior design and updated facilities, quickly regaining its status as a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai's vibrant downtown area.
