JW Marriott Marquis Dubai

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is a landmark luxury hotel located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is recognized as one of the tallest hotels in the world, standing 355 meters (1,165 feet) tall with 72 stories in twin towers.

The project, owned by the Emirates Group and managed by Marriott International, was designed by architect Ashok Korgaonkar of Archgroup International Consultants and completed in 2012. Originally conceived as a single tower, the design evolved into twin towers inspired by the shape of the date palm tree, positioned symmetrically on a seven-story podium that houses public areas including restaurants, a banquet hall, and retail outlets.

The hotel comprises a total of 1,608 rooms, including 1,364 standard guest rooms, 240 suites, and four presidential suites.

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai offers extensive facilities including 19 restaurants and lounges serving a variety of international cuisines, a 3,700 square meter spa and health club known as Saray Spa, rooftop bars, a business center, conference and meeting rooms, an auditorium, and a large banquet hall with a capacity of 1,000 people.

The entrance lobby stands four stories high and overlooks the Business Bay area, while the podium terrace features gardens, swimming pools, and outdoor event spaces. The hotel is renowned for its blend of cultural heritage and modern luxury, with interior design elements reflecting Emirati traditions alongside contemporary aesthetics.
