Aeternitas Tower

Aeternitas Tower, formerly known as Marina 106, is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates. Upon completion, it is set to become the world's tallest residential clock tower and one of the tallest residential buildings globally, with a height of 450 meters (1,476 feet) and 106 floors.

The tower features a distinctive angular design crowned with the iconic Franck Muller clock, which will be one of the largest clock faces globally, visible from up to six kilometers away. The project is a collaboration between London Gate, a Dubai-based real estate developer, and Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller, incorporating horological elegance into architectural innovation.

Aeternitas Tower will offer 649 branded residences ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments to luxurious four and five-bedroom duplexes. Scheduled for completion in June 2027, it aims to redefine luxury urban living with exclusive amenities such as a cigar lounge, spa, cinema, tennis courts, private chefs, and panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai's skyline.

The development is positioned near key attractions and offers seamless connectivity, establishing itself as a landmark for high-end residential living with a unique blend of cultural and architectural significance in Dubai Marina.
