Elite Residence

Elite Residence is a supertall residential skyscraper situated in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building reaches a height of approximately 381 meters (1,248 feet) with 87 floors above ground.

Completed in 2012, it was among the tallest residential buildings in the world at the time, ranking as the third tallest residential tower globally and the fourth tallest building in Dubai. The tower was designed in a postmodern architectural style by engineer Adnan Saffarini and features an impressive presence on the Dubai skyline overlooking landmarks like Palm Jumeirah and the marina.

Elite Residence consists of 695 residential apartments and 12 elevators serving the residents. The residential units span 76 floors, while the remaining 15 floors house amenities including swimming pools, spas, health clubs, reception areas, gymnasiums, and business centers.

The building's design incorporates features intended to provide luxury living with panoramic views as well as extensive facilities for leisure, fitness, and social activities. The apartment sizes and configurations vary to cater to diverse residential needs.

The tower sits on Plot No 392-190 in Dubai Marina, a prestigious location offering easy access to key Dubai attractions, major roadways, and transport hubs. The construction of Elite Residence began around 2009 and was finalized in 2011, showcasing advanced engineering capabilities such as a bespoke building maintenance unit to service its facade.

Elite Residence continues to be a symbol of high-end residential development in Dubai, reflecting the city's ambition for vertical living and luxury in one of the world’s fastest-growing urban centers.
