Al Fattan Tower

Al Fattan Tower is a 50-story residential skyscraper located within the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2006, the tower is one of the twin buildings known collectively as the Al Fattan Marine Towers, developed by Al Fattan Properties.

Both towers rise to a height of 245 meters (804 feet), making them the tallest structures within the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area at the time of completion. The architectural design merges modern and traditional elements, featuring a bluish-green glass façade accented with aluminum, allowing ample natural light and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina.

Al Fattan Tower offers a variety of premium residential apartments including two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, as well as duplexes and penthouses, all designed with luxury finishes and spacious layouts. Residents have access to extensive amenities such as health clubs, swimming pools, children’s play areas, and landscaped gardens located on the upper podium.

The development is strategically situated close to major shopping, dining, and leisure venues along The Walk JBR and Dubai Marina, providing a vibrant beachfront lifestyle. The Al Fattan Marine Towers contribute prominently to Dubai’s residential skyline, representing high-end waterfront living in one of the city's most sought-after communities.
