Al Tayer Tower
Al Tayer Tower, also known as Manazel Al Safa Tower, is a 59-floor residential skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower reaches a height of approximately 249 meters (817 feet) and was completed in 2009 after construction began in 2006.
Designed by the architectural firm Khatib and Alami, the tower features a modern design with luxurious residential units totaling 244 apartments of various sizes. The building includes an 11-floor secure parking garage and landscaped gardens, providing residents with a premium living environment close to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
Developed by Mr. Saeed Humaid Mater Al Tayer and constructed by Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC, the tower is equipped with fast elevators, state-of-the-art security and safety systems, and high-grade acoustic treatments.
Its location along Dubai's main artery offers residents easy access to key urban centers, shopping destinations, and leisure facilities, making Al Tayer Tower a significant part of Dubai’s residential skyline.
