Al Tayer Tower, also known as Manazel Al Safa Tower, is a residential skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2009, the tower reaches a height of approximately 225 meters (738 feet) and encompasses 59 floors.
Its proximity to key Dubai districts such as Downtown Dubai, which includes the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and Business Bay, positions it strategically for residents seeking urban convenience. The building was designed by the architectural firm Khatib and Alami, with construction commencing in 2006 and the structure rising above ground level by December of that year.
It features a total of 244 apartments varying in size to accommodate different lifestyle needs. Behind the tower, an 11-floor parking garage was also constructed to support residents and visitors.
Developed by Mr. Saeed Humaid Mater Al Tayer and built by Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC, Al Tayer Tower combines modern residential living with accessibility to Dubai’s vibrant commercial and cultural centers. The tower’s design embraces postmodern architectural styles and incorporates concrete structural elements.
It has become a notable feature of the Dubai skyline, offering residents spacious living spaces along one of the city’s most important thoroughfares.
The best journeys are shaped by curiosity, not schedules.
