Brigita Brezovac
Brigita Brezovac, born on September 24, 1979, in Ptuj, Slovenia, is a retired professional bodybuilder who gained international recognition in the sport. Growing up in Ljutomer, Slovenia, she initially trained in karate and weightlifting before focusing on bodybuilding after being inspired by images of prominent female bodybuilders.
She began competing in the early 2000s, quickly rising through the ranks by winning multiple national and international competitions. In 2009, she earned her IFBB pro card after placing second at the World Women's Championship in the heavyweight bodybuilding category.
Her professional debut in 2010 saw her winning prestigious competitions such as Tampa Pro and Europa Battle of Champions. She participated in the Ms. Olympia contest multiple times, achieving her best result in 2011 with a third-place finish. She consistently ranked among the top female bodybuilders worldwide until her retirement in 2013.
Although originally from Slovenia, she is associated with Dubai in part due to her professional presence and competitions hosted in the region.
