Burj Vista Tower 1

Burj Vista Tower 1 is a residential skyscraper located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2018, the tower rises to a height of approximately 272 meters (892 feet) and has 66 floors.

Developed by Emaar Properties and designed by the architectural firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the building forms part of the Burj Vista twin-tower complex, which also includes a smaller 20-floor tower.

Burj Vista Tower 1 is notable for its honeycomb-patterned façade engineered by Koltay Facades, which adds a distinct architectural character to Dubai’s skyline.

The tower comprises 520 residential units primarily consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with luxurious penthouses featuring four and five bedrooms.

These residences provide expansive layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows and large balconies, offering panoramic views of Downtown Dubai landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain.
