Capt. Pradeep Singh

Captain Pradeep Singh is a globally recognized entrepreneur, maritime professional, and philanthropist based in Dubai, UAE. Born in Unnao, India, he began his career at sea after completing his maritime training at the prestigious T.S. Chanakya.

Rising quickly through the ranks, he became one of the youngest master mariners, commanding merchant ships and eventually taking on senior leadership roles in international shipping companies. He holds an impressive array of academic qualifications, including an MBA from the University of Manchester, an MSc from the University of Northampton, an LLM from Northumbria University, and a PhD in Leadership.

Moreover, he has completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of several professional accounting and maritime institutes.

In 2010, opting to shift from his successful maritime career, Captain Pradeep Singh founded Aethon Marine Services, a company specializing in risk management, ship ownership, chartering, and commercial shipping operations. Under his leadership, Aethon Group grew rapidly to become a leading global enterprise with diversified interests spanning shipping, real estate, technology, and capital investments.

In 2013, he co-founded Karma Developers, an innovative real estate development company with projects in the UAE, Cyprus, UK, India, and Romania. Karma Developers is known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects, including notable ventures like the Beach House in Palm Jumeirah and Centurion Star in Deira, Dubai.

He also expanded into technology by acquiring Spectrum Networks, which focuses on technology consulting and training. His business ventures collectively demonstrate his ability to identify and capture high-potential opportunities across diverse sectors, earning him recognition as one of the most impactful real estate leaders in the Middle East.

Beyond business, he is committed to sustainable leadership, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and investing in ventures that generate long-term socio-economic value. In 2025, he was appointed as a senator representing the UAE by the World Business Angels Investment Forum.
