Cavalli Tower

Cavalli Tower, also known as Cavalli Casa Tower, is a luxury residential skyscraper located in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The tower stands approximately 306 meters (1,004 feet) tall and consists of 72 floors above ground with one basement level. Developed by DAMAC Properties, Cavalli Tower is designed in collaboration with the Italian luxury fashion brand Roberto Cavalli, featuring opulent interior designs and sophisticated finishes that reflect Cavalli's signature style.

The building comprises 485 residential units divided into three categories: luxury, upper luxury, and super luxury. The tower features private pools on many of its curved balconies, and two large infinity pools located at heights of approximately 90 and 220 meters that enhance the luxurious living experience. Amenities include a gymnasium, spa, tennis and padel tennis courts, wellness areas, sky gardens, children’s play areas, concierge services, valet parking, and private lounges.

The upper floors, from the 68th to the 71st, house the "Skylofts Collection," which includes penthouses and luxury units offering enhanced features and private entertainment spaces such as cigar lounges and private pavilions. Cavalli Tower is designed by architect Shaun Killa, also known for the Dubai Museum of the Future, and aims to provide panoramic views of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Al Arab.

The project began construction in 2022 and is expected to be completed by late 2025, positioned as a prestigious residential landmark in Dubai.
