Chelsea Tower

Chelsea Tower, also known as Al Salam Tower, is a 250-meter (820 feet) tall skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2005, the 49-story building is one of Dubai’s tallest residential towers and was once the fifth tallest building in the city at the time of its completion.

Originally named Chelsea Tower due to its association with Chelsea Hotel Group, the building was later renamed Al Salam Tower II following changes in ownership and branding. The structure houses the Al Salam Hotel Suites, offering deluxe serviced apartments managed by SRG Hospitality, a subsidiary of SRG Holding Limited, the developer and owner of the tower.

Architecturally, Chelsea Tower features a sleek modern design with a distinctive roof structure and is clad in blue-grey glass and white aluminum panels, giving it elegant proportions and a visually arresting presence along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.

The building includes 282 serviced apartments, with amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool and leisure facilities located on the parking podium roof. Its prime location and luxurious services make it a prominent choice for residential and hospitality accommodation in Dubai’s vibrant urban landscape.

Tourism is the celebration of curiosity.
