Churchill Residence
Churchill Residence, also known as Churchill Residency, is a residential skyscraper located in the Business Bay district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Constructed between 2006 and 2010, the tower stands approximately 235 meters (771 feet) tall and consists of 61 floors, making it one of Dubai's prominent residential buildings.
The tower forms part of a mixed-use complex that includes the adjacent 42-floor Churchill Executive office building. Designed by Design and Architecture Bureau (DAR), Churchill Residence features an architectural style reminiscent of New York City's Chrysler Building, adopting art deco influences in its facade.
The complex offers a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, mini golf course, children’s playground, and landscaped plazas within the courtyard. The podium level, which connects the two towers, contains the majority of these facilities, while parking is provided in basement levels.
