Ciel Vignette Collection

Ciel Vignette Collection, also known as Ciel Dubai Marina, is a supertall skyscraper hotel located in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Standing at a height of approximately 377 meters (1,237 feet) with 82 floors, it is recognized as the tallest hotel-only building in the world as of its scheduled opening in November 2025.

The building is part of the Vignette Collection by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and is managed by The First Group Hospitality. The design was created by the award-winning London-based architectural firm NORR, featuring a distinctive "eye of the needle" shape with a silver façade and elegant tapering sections at both the upper and lower parts of the tower.

Ciel Dubai Marina houses 1,004 luxuriously designed rooms and suites, all featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide panoramic views of the Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf, and Dubai's skyline.

The hotel boasts several remarkable amenities, including the highest infinity pool in the world situated on the 77th floor, multiple dining venues, a luxury spa on the 61st floor, and a glass observation deck offering 360-degree vistas of Dubai Marina and surrounding landmarks.

Sustainability was a key consideration in the building's design, incorporating energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting, and green roofs to reduce environmental impact.

The hotel is strategically located close to Dubai Marina’s vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment scene, with easy access to notable attractions such as the Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters Island, and JBR beach.

The construction of Ciel involved extensive use of concrete and steel, with its foundation consuming over 11,800 cubic meters of concrete and 3,000 tonnes of steel, reflecting the scale and ambition of the project.

The building received multiple international awards for its architectural design and high-rise engineering, affirming its status as a new icon on Dubai’s skyline and a symbol of luxury hospitality innovation in the region.
