City Tower 1
City Tower 1 is a mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai's Trade Centre First area. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by H&H Investments along with The Galleria Investment, this tower is set to rise to a height of approximately 363 meters (1,191 feet) with 94 floors above ground.
The development will offer 608 residential units, featuring spacious layouts with fully fitted kitchens, built-in wardrobes, balconies, and panoramic windows providing expansive views of Dubai’s skyline. In addition to residences, the tower includes 4,650 square meters of office space and 705 square meters dedicated to retail.
The building will have a nine-story parking structure accommodating about 1,253 vehicles. Amenities planned include concierge services and various lifestyle facilities, catering to an upscale urban living experience.
Strategically located on one of Dubai's main highways, City Tower 1 promises excellent connectivity to popular social, commercial, and leisure destinations including Dubai International Airport and Emirates Towers Metro station, earmarking it as a prestigious address with high investment and rental demand potential. The project is expected to be completed around 2025, adding a significant landmark to Dubai’s skyline.
