Como Residences
Como Residences is a high-end residential skyscraper located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The tower reaches approximately 300 meters (984 feet) in height and comprises 75 floors, making it the tallest building on Palm Jumeirah. It is developed by Nakheel Properties and offers a limited collection of just 76 exclusive residences, ranging from two to seven-bedroom apartments, as well as luxury duplex penthouses.
The architectural design of Como Residences is inspired by the graceful shape of a seashell, which allows each residence to benefit from wrap-around balconies with panoramic views of Dubai, the Arabian Sea, and iconic landmarks such as Burj Khalifa and Ain Dubai.
