DAMAC Residenze

DAMAC Residenze, formerly known as DAMAC Heights or Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey supertall residential skyscraper located in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower reaches a height of 335 meters (1,099 feet), making it the 13th tallest building in Dubai and one of the tallest residential buildings globally. The building overlooks the Palm Jumeirah and forms part of DAMAC Properties' luxury portfolio of developments.

The architectural design, created by the firm Aedas and AECOM as architect of record, features a distinctive curved facade that maximizes views for the greatest number of apartments while maintaining a sense of spaciousness relative to neighboring towers. Initially planned to reach a height of 420 meters, the project’s final height was scaled down to 335 meters during construction.

Construction began in 2011, with the foundation piling completed by early 2013, and the tower was topped out in late 2015. It officially opened in July 2018. DAMAC Residenze comprises a total of around 640 residential apartments, ranging from one to five bedrooms, including 357 branded signature units developed in collaboration with the Italian luxury design brand Fendi Casa, which occupy the upper floors of the building.

The residences feature high-end finishes such as marble flooring, oak-wood flooring, and kitchens equipped with premium appliances, offering residents panoramic views of Dubai Marina and the Persian Gulf. The tower includes amenities like a gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, children’s playroom, exclusive lounges for private gatherings, 24-hour security, and a spacious parking garage with over 700 spaces.

The building is noted for its postmodern architectural style and stands as a symbol of contemporary luxury living in Dubai Marina’s prestigious waterfront setting.
