DWC Golf city

DWC Golf City is a planned golf-themed development within Dubai South (formerly Dubai World Central), a large urban master-planned economic zone located around Al Maktoum International Airport in the southern part of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Announced in 2008 as part of the broader Dubai South vision, DWC Golf City is designed to incorporate world-class golf courses alongside luxury residential communities, retail, commercial spaces, and hospitality facilities.

The master plan envisions two 18-hole golf courses complemented by upscale clubhouses, driving ranges, and golf academies, intended to create a premium leisure and lifestyle environment for residents and visitors.

The development covers part of a massive 140 square kilometer area that includes several sub-cities such as Residential City, Aviation City, Logistics City, Commercial City, and Golf City, all aimed at supporting Dubai’s growth as a global hub for aviation, trade, and tourism.

DWC Golf City targets a blend of luxury living and sport, offering thousands of villas and apartments designed for comfortable, connected living with access to green spaces and leisure amenities. Despite being a relatively new development compared to established golf estates in Dubai, the project reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to expanding high-end community living centered around sports and outdoor activities.

The area is strategically positioned near the Al Maktoum International Airport and is developing its infrastructure, including transport links and supporting commercial establishments, to attract local and international investors and residents.
