El Matador Tower is a proposed 44-story residential skyscraper located in District 4 of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai.
The tower was planned as part of the ongoing residential development within JVT, offering a modern lifestyle aimed at families and professionals attracted to the area’s community-oriented environment and convenient access to the broader Dubai metropolitan area.
The residential units in El Matador Tower were envisioned to include various apartment layouts, emphasizing spacious interiors and high-quality finishes to meet contemporary living standards. However, development of the tower appears to be currently on hold, with limited recent activity reported.
The tower was designed to complement the urban fabric of JVT with amenities consistent with other developments in the region, such as landscaped gardens, fitness centers, swimming pools, and children’s play areas.
