Emirates Office Tower

Emirates Office Tower is a landmark commercial skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the financial center of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 1999, the building rises to a total structural height of 355 meters (1,165 feet) and consists of 54 floors, making it one of the tallest office buildings in the world and an iconic feature of Dubai's skyline.

Emirates Office Tower is paired with the adjacent Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, and together they form the Emirates Towers complex, which is connected by a two-story retail boulevard known as The Boulevard. The architectural design by NORR is distinguished by the use of equilateral triangles, giving the towers their striking profiles, and the office tower features three large core walls, supplemented by large steel trusses at four levels for structural support.

The building is clad in silver aluminum panels and reflective glass, with a curved wall extending up the full height of one facade that offers sweeping city views.

At the base of the tower is a terraced podium that includes a boutique mall, restaurants, cafes, and leisure spaces amidst landscaped gardens with water features and undulating land forms.

Emirates Office Tower was constructed by Al Ghurair Investment and its grounds are set in over 570,000 square meters of gardens, with parking space accommodating up to 1,500 cars. The building is frequently cited as an early symbol of Dubai’s rapid modernization and has remained a sought-after location for international business.

The complex’s distinctive silhouette and pioneering architectural style in the region have helped secure its reputation as both a commercial hub and a central visual landmark, regularly hosting offices, meeting halls, and various business activities that contribute to Dubai's status as a global financial center.
