FIVE Luxe is a prominent 55-story luxury hotel and residential tower located on the first coastline in the dynamic Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) area of Dubai. Originally conceptualized as the Corinthia Hotel & Residences, the project eventually shifted ownership to FIVE Hotels and Resorts and opened as FIVE Luxe, transforming the site of the former Meydan Beach Club into a modern hospitality and lifestyle icon.

The building features 227 hotel suites and 102 serviced residences, including studios and apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms.
