Gevora Hotel

Gevora Hotel is a luxury four-star hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and holds the Guinness World Record as the tallest hotel building in the world.

The hotel stands at an impressive height of 356.33 meters (1,169 feet) with 75 floors, including 528 rooms spread across 71 floors. Construction began in 2005, initially planned as a residential tower named Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al Attar Tower, but the project was converted into a hotel during the building phase.

The hotel officially opened on February 12, 2018, after a construction period spanning twelve years, with a reported cost of over 500 million AED (approximately $140 million). The Gevora Hotel features a distinctive gold-colored glass façade and a pyramid-shaped crown-like structure at the top, adding to its architectural grandeur. It is situated close to prominent landmarks such as Dubai International Financial Centre, Emirates Towers, and the nearby Rose Rayhaan by Rotana.

The hotel offers a range of facilities including four restaurants featuring international and local cuisine, a luxury spa located on the 71st floor with panoramic city views, a health club, jacuzzi, and an open-air pool deck that overlooks the Dubai skyline.

The building is equipped with six high-speed elevators, with three reaching the upper floors in just 38 seconds.
