Grosvenor House West Marina Beach Dubai is a luxury five-star hotel and residential complex located in the Dubai Marina area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel opened on June 21, 2005, and was the first hotel to be completed and fully operational in Dubai Marina.

Owned by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and developed by Emaar Properties, Grosvenor House was designed by Archgroup Consultants with interior design by LW Design Group.

The hotel building rises 210 meters (690 feet) tall with 48 floors and offers approximately 750 rooms and serviced apartments, combining upscale hotel accommodations with residential living.
