InterContinental Dubai Festival City is a luxury five-star hotel located in the Dubai Festival City development, situated on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek in the United Arab Emirates.

The hotel opened in 2007 and is managed by IHG Hotels & Resorts. Designed by the architecture firm 3D/International, the hotel features a distinctive curved façade inspired by the shape of sailboats, providing panoramic views of Dubai Creek, Dubai skyline, and the nearby Dubai Festival City Mall.

The building rises 34 stories, housing 501 rooms including 120 suites, three presidential suites, and one royal suite, all designed to offer guests luxurious comfort framed by spectacular vistas.
