La Maison by HDS
La Maison by HDS is a supertall residential skyscraper currently under development in Dubai's Business Bay area. Planned to rise to a height of approximately 386.5 meters (1,268 feet) with 105 floors, it aims to be one of Dubai's tallest residential buildings.
The project, developed by HDS, features a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments alongside four-bedroom penthouses, catering to the luxury residential market. The design includes six basement levels, two podiums, and extensive retail spaces integrated within the development.
The building was originally proposed in the mid-2010s, but construction has experienced delays and as of 2025, it remains on hold with hopes of revival due to renewed investor interest.
La Maison by HDS is envisioned to provide residents with modern amenities and a high-quality urban lifestyle within the vibrant Business Bay district, known for its connectivity and proximity to Dubai's key landmarks such as Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Mall.
The tower's significant height and sophisticated design reflect Dubai's continued ambition to push the boundaries of residential skyscraper architecture. Completion is currently projected around the late 2020s, with expected delivery sometime in 2028, subject to further development progress.
