Lam Tara Tower 2 is a high-rise building project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, originally planned as part of the twin-tower Lam Tara development located on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The tower was designed to reach a height of approximately 384 meters with 77 floors, comprising luxury residential apartments including one, two, three, and four-bedroom units.
The project was initially announced in the mid-2000s by Bin Manana Investment Group, aiming to provide mixed-use residential and commercial spaces with modern amenities and convenient access to major Dubai landmarks.
The development faced significant delays and was officially cancelled during the economic downturn of the Great Recession in 2012. However, a resumption of the project was announced in February 2025, with updated designs dating back to 2007 and a new projected completion date around 2030.
The renewed plans seek to revive the tower as part of Dubai's continued efforts to push architectural boundaries and expand its luxury real estate offerings. Lam Tara Tower 2 marks the city's resilience in real estate development amid economic challenges while promising modern living spaces integrated within a dynamic urban environment.
The tower is anticipated to contribute prominently to Dubai's skyline once construction is completed.
