Madinat Jumeirah

Madinat Jumeirah is a luxury resort complex located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed to resemble a traditional Arabian town. Spanning over 40 hectares of landscaped gardens and waterways, the resort combines authentic Middle Eastern architectural elements with modern luxury. It was developed as the flagship property of Jumeirah Group and opened in phases during 2003 and 2004.

The design incorporates geometric patterns, extensive wooden structures, and calligraphic motifs, drawing inspiration from traditional Arabian culture and the historic Dubai Creek area.

Madinat Jumeirah comprises three boutique hotels—Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, and Jumeirah Al Naseem—and a cluster of 29 standalone Arabian summerhouses known as Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf.

The resort features over 5.4 km of waterways that connect the hotels and summerhouses, along which traditional abras (water taxis) ferry guests. It offers around 1,000 rooms, suites, and villas with luxurious amenities, private pools, and terraces overlooking the sea or the landscaped gardens.

Facilities include multiple dining venues serving a variety of international and regional cuisines, extensive spa and wellness centers, tennis courts, and a private two-kilometer beachfront. The resort is also home to Souk Madinat, a marketplace inspired by traditional Arab souks featuring shops, galleries, and restaurants.

Situated adjacent to Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab, and Wild Wadi Water Park, Madinat Jumeirah enjoys a prime beachfront location with easy access to Dubai Mall and other city attractions.
