Mashreqbank

Mashreqbank is one of the oldest and most prominent banking institutions in the United Arab Emirates, founded in 1967 in Dubai under the name Bank of Oman.

It was established prior to the formation of the UAE by a decree from the then Ruler of Dubai, Shaikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum. In 1993, the bank rebranded as Mashreqbank and has since grown to become a leading financial services provider in the region.
