Metro Tower in Dubai was a planned 53-story residential and office skyscraper intended to rise approximately 250 meters (820 feet) in height. The project was developed by the Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group and was situated in a strategic location within Dubai to serve as a mixed-use building combining residential units and office spaces.
Despite its promising design and location, the Metro Tower project was never completed and eventually cancelled, likely due to financial or logistical challenges faced during development. The tower remains notable as part of Dubai’s ambitious wave of high-rise construction from the early 2000s, which transformed the city into one of the world’s most iconic skylines.
Although the Metro Tower itself was not finalized, it represents the dynamic growth and evolving real estate landscape of Dubai during its rapid urbanization period.
