Mr C Residences Downtown is a luxury residential skyscraper located in Downtown Dubai, near iconic landmarks such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Developed by Alta Real Estate Development in collaboration with the Cipriani family, the tower rises 71 stories and is designed by the Miami-based architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors created by the international design studio 1508 London.

The residences blend modern European elegance with Arabian sophistication, offering a curated living experience that captures breathtaking views of the city skyline, Burj Khalifa, and the Arabian Gulf.

The tower features 162 high-end residences spread across two collections: the Signature Collection consisting of two- and three-bedroom units, and the Nobile Collection comprised of 22 four-bedroom penthouses located on the upper floors. Interiors include bespoke Italian kitchens with top-tier appliances, Calacatta marble finishes, and luxurious details such as concertina doors and private terraces with plunge pools.

Residents have access to an array of luxury amenities including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Technogym equipment, a holistic spa with steam, sauna, and treatment rooms, private cinema, library, business lounges, and event spaces.
