One Za'abeel Tower 1

One Za'abeel Tower 1 is part of the One Za'abeel mixed-use development located in the Za'abeel district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower reaches an architectural height of approximately 305 meters (1,001 feet) and features 67 floors.

Completed in late 2023, the building forms one of two towers connected by an iconic horizontal structure known as The Link, which spans 230 meters (754 feet) approximately 100 meters above ground level. Designed by the Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei and developed by Ithra Dubai, a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), the project is recognized for its modern minimalist aesthetic and engineering innovation.

One Za'abeel Tower 1 serves as a landmark gateway to Dubai's city center and incorporates a mix of luxury residences, office space, and hospitality venues including hotels managed by the One&Only brand. The building hosts 94 private residences, nine penthouses, and luxury hotel rooms offering high-end amenities such as spas, fitness centers, and fine dining options.

The development features approximately 530,700 square meters of built-up area that includes offices, retail spaces, serviced apartments, and more than 2,500 parking spaces. The Link itself carries the Guinness World Record for the longest cantilever building, supported by a complex truss structure with a glass curtain wall, and features an infinity pool and observation points with views of prominent Dubai landmarks.

The tower stands as a symbol of Dubai’s architectural progression, combining cutting-edge design with luxury urban living and ambitious engineering.

From quiet deserts to vibrant skylines, Dubai offers contrast as culture.
