One Za'abeel Tower 2
One Za'abeel Tower 2 is a landmark mixed-use skyscraper located in the Za'abeel district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in December 2023, the tower stands approximately 305 meters (1,001 feet) tall and comprises 69 floors dedicated mainly to residential apartments.
It is one of two towers connected by a distinctive horizontal structure known as The Link, which features the world's longest cantilever building and includes a rooftop infinity pool, observation decks, dining venues, and wellness facilities. The tower was designed by the Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei and developed by Ithra Dubai, a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai.
Residents of Tower 2 benefit from spacious luxury apartments including one- to four-bedroom units and duplex penthouses, adorned with modern finishes and offering panoramic views of iconic Dubai landmarks such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek.
