Palazzo Versace Dubai

Palazzo Versace Dubai is a luxury hotel and resort located in the Culture Village area along the foreshore of Dubai Creek in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel officially opened its doors on November 15, 2016, and is the second Palazzo Versace property in the world, following the original on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Designed to resemble a 16th-century Italian palace with subtle Arabian influences, the hotel was developed by ENSHAA PSC and features interiors and furniture exclusively designed by the House of Versace.

Spread across 130,000 square meters, Palazzo Versace Dubai includes 215 opulent hotel rooms and suites, 169 luxurious residential units, and eight restaurants and bars, all adorned with iconic Versace motifs such as the Medusa head, Greek key pattern, and vibrant prints inspired by Arabian culture, including falcons, Arabian horses, and peacocks.

The hotel's architecture and interiors emphasize lavish Italian glamour combined with local touches that celebrate Dubai's heritage. Its lobby features an expansive marble mosaic floor inspired by Versace scarves, while the premises offer three outdoor swimming pools, a world-class spa, landscaped gardens, and a children’s club dressed in Versace prints.

Dining experiences include the avant-garde Enigma restaurant, which features changing themes and chefs throughout the year, starting with Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta. Palazzo Versace Dubai has been acclaimed for its craftsmanship, high-profile opening attended by celebrities and fashion icons, and its status as a symbol of fashion and luxury lifestyle in the region.
