Rolex Tower
Rolex Tower is a prominent mixed-use skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower stands 235 meters (771 feet) tall and consists of 59 floors, with construction completed in 2010.
Designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), Rolex Tower features a distinctive turquoise glass façade that transitions from opaque at the lower levels to semi-transparent near the top, giving the building a glowing lantern-like appearance after dusk.
The structure houses a combination of residential apartments and commercial office spaces, including 31 floors allocated for offices and 25 floors for residential use, along with two luxurious three-bedroom penthouses at the summit, each with sky terraces. The interiors emphasize elegance and comfort, featuring high-grade materials and spacious layouts.
The tower is owned by Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, the authorized distributor of Swiss Rolex watches in the UAE, reflecting the brand's luxury ethos. Rolex Tower has received several accolades, including the Best Tall Building Middle East & Africa Award in 2011.
Its strategic location in the DIFC places it at the heart of Dubai’s financial and business activities, with easy access to numerous amenities, dining, retail, and transport options.
