Safa Two de Grisogono is an 83-story luxury residential skyscraper located in the upscale Safa Park neighborhood of Dubai, developed by DAMAC Properties in collaboration with the Swiss luxury jewelry brand de Grisogono.
The tower features a futuristic and fluid architectural design inspired by a polished ruby gemstone, with the facade adorned by intricate details reflecting the opulence of fine jewelry. Set to be completed in 2027, Safa Two offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a high-end collection of penthouses known as the Skylofts Collection, occupying floors 73 to 84, which feature ultra-luxurious units with access to premium amenities.
The building’s standout features include a floating sapphire infinity pool with transparent edges, an indoor fog forest, an observatory with panoramic city views, a glass slide, a spa, gymnasium, artificial beach, and a unique edge walk experience.
