Sheikh Hasher Tower, also known as His Highness Sheikh Hasher Tower, is a residential skyscraper located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The tower was proposed as a 62-floor high-rise building with a planned structural height of approximately 291 meters (954 feet), making it a prominent addition to Dubai's impressive skyline.
The architectural design was developed by Farayand A E C, with plans for construction to begin around 2006 and an expected completion date initially set for 2009. However, the project is considered to have been a stale proposal as it did not fully materialize into a completed building by that time.
The tower was intended to serve as a residential building, reflecting Dubai's rapid urban development and its demand for high-rise living spaces along the critical commercial artery of Sheikh Zayed Road.
While the Sheikh Hasher Tower was planned to be among the tallest residential structures in the city, detailed information about its specific architectural features, interior layouts, or developer involvement remains limited, largely due to the project not advancing beyond the proposal stage.
Despite this, the tower holds a recognized place in Dubai's catalogue of ambitious skyscraper designs that marked the city's aspirations to become a global metropolis with state-of-the-art residential and commercial infrastructure.
