Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is an ultra-luxury residential skyscraper located in Dubai Marina.

Upon completion, it will be the world’s tallest residential tower, soaring 122 stories and reaching a height of approximately 517 meters. Developed by Select Group in partnership with Six Senses, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury lifestyle portfolio, the tower offers 251 residential units ranging from two to four-bedroom deluxe residences, four-bedroom half-floor penthouses, and four to five-bedroom duplex and triplex Sky Mansions.

The residences are thoughtfully designed to incorporate biophilic principles, classical feng shui, and wellness features through the Sleep With Six Senses bedroom amenities, promoting sustainability and well-being. Interiors showcase bespoke timber joinery, bronze accents, and floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows that open onto generous balconies with sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour, Emirates Golf Course, and the city skyline.
