Completed in 2020, the building rises to a height of approximately 230 meters (750 feet), making it one of the prominent towers in Dubai's skyline. Its design is inspired by the ancient Egyptian obelisk, blending modern French style with cultural elements that reflect Dubai's heritage. The building serves as a luxury hotel and residences, offering 594 rooms and suites that span from studios to expansive luxury suites on the upper floors.

The residences occupy floors eight to seventeen and include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, all furnished with contemporary design and high-end amenities. The upper floors feature lavish suites designed by the award-winning architectural firm Duccio Grassi, including the Imperial Suite, Presidential Suite "Cleopatra," and Ambassador Suite "Napoleon," which represent the pinnacle of luxury and sophistication in the property.
