SRG Tower
SRG Tower is a supertall residential skyscraper currently under construction in Downtown Dubai near the Burj Khalifa area. The tower is planned to reach a height of approximately 473 meters (1,552 feet) with 111 floors above ground and 2 basement levels.
It is designed as a luxury residential apartment building featuring 981 high-end apartments with configurations ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The architectural design incorporates a diagrid structure combined with double wind turbines at the top, which serve both as a striking visual element and as renewable energy sources generating up to 500MW peak energy.
Photovoltaic panels are installed on all the spandrel façade panels to supply renewable energy for common areas. SRG Tower aims to set a new benchmark in sustainable and energy-efficient high-rise design with LEED Platinum certification.
Facilities within the tower include a resort-style swimming pool, luxury lobby with café, multi-purpose rooms, retail spaces, and sky gardens that provide communal green spaces and mitigate wind loads. The building offers panoramic views of key Dubai landmarks and is strategically located within minutes’ drive of Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and Dubai International Airport.
Construction began in 2010 and the tower is expected to redefine luxury residential living in the heart of Dubai.
