SZR Tower
SZR Tower, located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, is a supertall skyscraper with a height of approximately 385 meters (1,263 feet) and 100 floors.
The tower is situated in a prominent Business Bay location near the Burj Khalifa and is characterized by its striking slender design, featuring a height-to-width ratio of about 14:1.
The architectural intent was to create a building that would stand out within the Downtown Dubai skyline while maintaining a human-scale presence at ground level, appealing both to pedestrian and high-speed highway viewers.
The design includes two towers: a residential tower and a parking tower. The residential portion offers features such as food and beverage outlets, retail units at the lower levels, a residents-only gym, and multipurpose facilities, while the parking tower provides sufficient resident parking as well as a residents-only rooftop pool.
The project highlights attention to facade design and detail, enhancing its visual impact. SZR Tower is envisioned as a modern architectural landmark that integrates functionality with aesthetics, contributing significantly to Dubai’s evolving urban landscape and its cluster of iconic skyscrapers concentrated along the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor.
