The Address Beach Resort

The Address Beach Resort is a luxurious mixed-use twin-tower development located at the end of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers rise to a height of approximately 301 meters (987 feet), each with 77 floors, and occupy a prime beachfront location overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Completed in early 2021 and designed by Dubai-based architectural firm Killa Design, the resort combines a 217-key five-star hotel, 478 residential apartments, and 444 serviced branded apartments, offering a comprehensive beachfront lifestyle.

The building features three podium levels that house public and service areas, while the towers themselves function as two distinct structures with separate cores, connected at the base by the lobby and at the top by penthouses and sky lofts.

The East Tower is dedicated entirely to residential apartments from floors 3 to 72, while the West Tower includes hotel rooms from floors 3 to 16 and serviced apartments from floors 18 to 72, with the most upscale accommodations found in the "Sky Collection" on levels 64 to 72.

Facilities include a specialty rooftop restaurant, bar, and an infinity pool that, in March 2021, set a Guinness World Record for being the highest outdoor infinity pool globally.

The design of The Address Beach Resort emphasizes an elliptical form with a central void that enhances daylight penetration and maximizes views toward the Palm, JBR beach, and the horizon.

The resort integrates lush landscaping, multiple pools, specialty dining options, and extensive car parking with over 1,500 bays spread across basement and podium levels. It is strategically positioned to provide residents and guests with easy access to Dubai’s vibrant waterfront leisure, retail, and entertainment destinations, making it a landmark of contemporary beachfront luxury and architectural innovation in Dubai.
