The Clothespin Tower

The Clothespin Tower is an innovative and artistic skyscraper project planned for Dubai, envisioned to be one of the world's largest pieces of art incorporated into a building.

Designed by Israeli artist Zygo, the tower stands out for its unique architectural design, modeled after a giant clothespin. The tower symbolizes love, peace, and hope, representing the union of two halves into one, a metaphor for harmony and unity.

The 50-floor tower, planned to reach approximately 170 meters in height, is intended to serve both as a luxury residential space and a hotel.

One half of the twin tower will accommodate a luxury hotel with around 1,200 exquisitely decorated rooms, while the other half will feature 300 high-end residential apartments.

The development will also include approximately 10,000 square meters of commercial space, encompassing a shopping center with upscale restaurants, contemporary art galleries, and a luxury spa and fitness center located in the mezzanine area.

It is designed to be both a functional living and commercial space and a monumental work of art, providing a new form of emotional and aesthetic experience for its inhabitants and visitors.

The Clothespin Tower aims to enhance cultural ties and promote peace, particularly between Israel and the UAE, reflecting the recent Abraham Accords. Construction was expected to begin around 2023, although the exact location in Dubai is yet to be finalized.

Once completed, the tower will not only become a distinctive architectural landmark in Dubai’s skyline but also a symbolic tribute to unity and artistic expression, making it a significant cultural and touristic attraction.
