The Montgomerie

The Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai, opened in 2002, is one of the Middle East's most prestigious and luxurious golf destinations. Designed by the celebrated Scottish golfer Colin Montgomerie in association with golf architect Desmond Muirhead, the 18-hole championship golf course stretches over 7,308 yards with a par of 72.

Located in Emirates Hills near Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road, the course features a links-style layout that combines lush green fairways, expansive water hazards covering 49 acres, and large greens. Its design incorporates unique elements such as a hand-shaped bunker on the 17th hole and the 13th hole shaped like the UAE, featuring a 360-degree teeing area around an island green that offers varied play options.

The course challenges golfers with its rolling fairways and occasional wind, requiring accuracy and distance control, while maintaining aesthetic appeal throughout.

The Montgomerie Golf Club is part of the Emirates Hills residential community and is managed by Troon Golf. Its clubhouse is a grand white building overlooking a lake and the golf course, offering three dining outlets including Mediterranean and international cuisines, a well-stocked golf shop, and facilities like a gym, pool, and wellness spa. The club is known for its top-tier service and facilities, appealing both to local and international golf enthusiasts.
